At launch, Qi Platform supports iOS only and is compatible with 13-inch iPad models. Support for 11-inch iPad models is planned. Android support may be introduced in the future.
Yes. Qi Platform will launch with regional distributors in Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), alongside a global commission-based sales network supported by a dedicated sales portal.
Shipping & Returns
Qi Platform currently ships to the United States and Canada. Customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland may order through QiPlatform.de. Customers in other regions should contact info@QiPlatform.com.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Shipping times may vary by location and carrier. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
Email info@QiPlatform.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds (minus the restocking fee) are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Finance
If payments fail, cloud and app access may be suspended. After 30 days, the device may be remotely disconnected. Unresolved balances may be reported to credit bureaus and may require device return.
Qualifying customers may purchase Qi Platform through our in-house financing program with a down payment followed by monthly installments. Devices under financing remain the property of Qi Platform LLC until fully paid.
