Qi Platform is a premium home wellness system designed to make personalized self-care simple and intuitive. It brings wellness insights, frequency-based technologies, harmonization, and frequency imprinting together in one integrated platform for individuals, families, pets, and the home.
Designed for everyday use, Qi Platform helps users explore and support personal balance and well-being from the comfort of home. It is intended for general wellness purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Qi Platform combines the Qi Platform device with a compatible iPad and guided software to create an interactive home wellness experience. Depending on the function selected, users can perform a palm scan, explore personalized wellness information, use harmonization programs, imprint selected frequency programs into compatible objects, or interact with the Oracle.
The app guides you through each experience step by step, making advanced frequency-based wellness technology accessible without requiring technical knowledge.
Qi Platform is designed for general wellness use and provides a non-invasive experience. Simply follow the instructions provided in the app and accompanying product materials.
Qi Platform is intended and marketed as a general wellness product and is not intended for medical or veterinary purposes. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or veterinary care.
Qi Platform is designed for individuals and families and supports multiple user profiles within the household. It also includes selected wellness experiences designed specifically for pets.
Available functions may vary depending on the type of profile being used. For example, certain features intended for human users are not available for pets.
Initial setup is designed to be simple and should take only a few minutes. Connect a compatible iPad to your Qi Platform using the supplied USB-C cable, download the Qi Platform app, and follow the on-screen activation and setup instructions.
Keep your Activation Card nearby during setup. You will need the Activation Code and your device serial number to complete activation.
The time depends on the Qi Platform experience you select. A Quantum Scan takes approximately 45 seconds, while harmonization experiences can range from a short Express session of approximately 2.5 minutes to a Full session of approximately 20 minutes.
Other experiences, including Frequency Imprinting, the Oracle, and Home Harmonization, have their own guided processes and durations. The app will show you what to expect before and during each experience.
Qi Platform is designed to become part of your personal or family daily wellness routine, and different features can be used at different frequencies depending on your preferences.
For Quantum Scans, we recommend allowing a few days between scans rather than repeatedly scanning throughout the day. Other Qi Platform experiences can be incorporated into your wellness routine as appropriate, with guidance provided within the app.
Experiences with Qi Platform are personal and can vary from user to user. Rather than promising a specific result or timeline, Qi Platform is designed to provide information and wellness experiences that help you explore patterns, support personal balance, and build a more intentional wellness routine over time.
Qi Platform does not guarantee specific health outcomes, and its information should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis, medical test result, or prediction of a medical condition.
Yes. Five user profiles are included with each Qi Platform device. You can purchase up to five additional profiles, for a maximum of ten profiles per device.
Some Qi Platform functions require the physical Qi Platform device to be connected to the iPad, while other areas of the app may remain accessible without it.
When a feature requires the device and it is not connected, the app will notify you and guide you to connect your Qi Platform before continuing.
Qi Platform currently supports 13-inch iPads running the latest available iPadOS. The iPad is sold separately. Some functions work on 11-inch iPads, but display issues may hide buttons or parts of a screen. Official support for 11-inch iPads is coming soon, with fixes planned for upcoming releases. Use a 13-inch iPad for the supported experience.

Unpacking, Installation & First-Time Setup
When you open your Qi Platform package, carefully remove the contents and make sure all included items are present.
Your Qi Platform package includes:
Welcome Letter,
Qi Platform Device,
Activation Card containing your Activation Code and device serial number,
Installation and User Manuals,
Regulatory and Product Documentation,
USB-C Cable
Please keep the original packaging, Activation Card, manuals, and other documentation in a safe place for future reference.
Your Activation Card is especially important. It contains both your Activation Code and device serial number, which you will need when activating your Qi Platform.
Your device serial number can also be found on the back of the Qi Platform device.
Setting up your Qi Platform takes just a few minutes. Before you begin, keep your Activation Card nearby, as you will need it when you activate your device.
1. Position Your Qi Platform
Carefully remove the Qi Platform from its packaging and place it on a stable, flat surface, such as a table, countertop, or desk.
2. Make Sure Your iPad Is Charged
Before connecting your iPad, make sure it has sufficient battery power for your session. The Qi Platform device draws power directly from the connected iPad during operation, so your iPad's battery may decrease faster than during normal use.
For the best experience, we recommend beginning each Qi Platform session with a well-charged iPad.
3. Check Your Internet Connection
Make sure your iPad has access to Wi-Fi or a cellular data connection. Some Qi Platform functions require an active internet connection, while certain functions may be available without internet access.
If you select a function that requires internet access while your iPad is offline, an on-screen notification will automatically let you know that an internet connection is required for that specific function.
4. Connect Your iPad
Using the USB-C cable provided with your Qi Platform, connect your approved iPad to the Qi Platform device.
5. Position the iPad
Place the iPad horizontally on top of the Qi Platform. Center it directly over the device so that it is aligned with the middle of the Qi Platform and overhangs evenly on all sides.
6. Download the Qi Platform App
Open the Apple App Store on your iPad, search for the Qi Platform app, and download it.
7. Launch and Activate Your Qi Platform
Open the Qi Platform app and follow the on-screen instructions to begin the activation process.
During activation, you will need:
Your Qi Platform device serial number
Your Activation Code
Both can be found on the Activation Card included in the box. Your device serial number is also printed on the back of your Qi Platform device.
Enter the requested information and follow the on-screen instructions to complete activation.
If you would like to explore Qi Platform before activating your device, you may skip activation and enter Demo Mode to explore the interface and available demonstration features.
Before setting up your Qi Platform, make sure you have your Qi Platform device, the provided USB-C cable, an approved compatible iPad with sufficient battery power, access to the Apple App Store, and your Activation Card.
You should also have access to Wi-Fi or cellular data for activation and functions that require an internet connection.
Your Activation Code and device serial number are both printed on the Activation Card included in your Qi Platform box.
The device serial number is also located on the back of the Qi Platform device, providing you with a second place to find it if needed.
You will need both the serial number and Activation Code when activating your Qi Platform through the app.
Keep your Activation Card and other device documentation in a safe place after activation for future reference.
This is normal. The Qi Platform device receives its operating power through the USB-C connection to your iPad. Your iPad is therefore powering both its own operation and the connected Qi Platform hardware.
As a result, your iPad battery may discharge faster while using Qi Platform than during normal iPad use. We recommend beginning each session with a well-charged iPad.
Some Qi Platform functions require an active internet connection. Make sure your iPad has access to Wi-Fi or a cellular data connection when using features that require online access.
Certain functions may continue to work without an internet connection. If you select an option that requires internet access while your iPad is offline, an on-screen notification will automatically appear and let you know that an internet connection is required for that specific function.
Connect your iPad to Wi-Fi or cellular data and then continue with the selected function.
For functions that use the Qi Platform hardware, your iPad must remain connected to the device using the provided USB-C cable.
Keep the iPad properly positioned on top of the Qi Platform and connected while using device-dependent functions.
Place the iPad horizontally on top of the Qi Platform and center it over the device. The iPad should be aligned with the middle of the Qi Platform, with approximately equal overhang on all sides.
Yes. You may skip activation and enter Demo Mode to explore the Qi Platform interface and available demonstration features before activating your device.
Activation is required to access the full functionality associated with your Qi Platform.
