Shipping:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after purchase.
• International deliveries may take up to 2 weeks depending on the destination country and local carrier processing times.
• A signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure arrival of your Qi Platform device.
• Please note that additional import duties, taxes, customs fees, or tariffs may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
• Qi Platform is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Returns Policy.

Return requests must be approved in advance by contacting support@QiPlatform.com

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unopened and in brand-new condition
• Request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

Opened products are not eligible for return.

Unauthorized returns may be declined and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

We want every Qi Platform experience to meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition
• Return Authorization is required before any return is accepted
• Opened or activated products are not eligible for refunds
• Unauthorized returns may be declined and returned at the customer’s expense
• Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are non-refundable
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection

Qi Platform includes a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Liquid damage
• Physical misuse or improper handling
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Broken warranty seals or visible signs of device disassembly
• Cosmetic wear from normal use
• Damage caused by improper power connections or unsupported accessories

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

If a defect is confirmed, Qi Platform may repair or replace the product at its discretion.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise approved by Qi Platform.

• Recurring payment: $333.33 per month for the following 12 months
