Harmonization sessions, informational frequency features, and frequency imprinting capabilities are intended solely for general wellness and lifestyle support purposes.
These features are not intended to:

• graphics,

• videos,
• educational materials,
• databases,
• source code,
• text,
• and proprietary systems
remain the exclusive property of Qi Platform and its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
14. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
• misuse the Platform;
• violate laws or regulations;
• make unauthorized medical claims about the Platform;
• use the Platform for unlawful purposes;
• interfere with Platform functionality;
• access restricted systems;
• attempt to copy or exploit proprietary technology;

15. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Qi Platform may be accessed internationally; however, availability of features, services, or products may vary by jurisdiction.

• NON-INFRINGEMENT,
• ACCURACY,
• RELIABILITY,

Qi Platform does not guarantee:
• specific wellness outcomes;
• uninterrupted service;
• error-free operation;
• compatibility with all devices or regions.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QI PLATFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
• INDIRECT DAMAGES,
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES,
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
• LOSS OF PROFITS,
• LOSS OF DATA,
• PERSONAL DECISIONS,
• HEALTH-RELATED OUTCOMES,
• OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATIONAL CONTENT.
YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
IN NO EVENT SHALL QI PLATFORM’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qi Platform and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, distributors, and partners from claims arising out of:
• your misuse of the Platform;
• violation of these Terms;
• unlawful conduct;
• misuse of informational content;
• or violation of third-party rights.
19. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if:

• unlawful activity is suspected;
• misuse occurs;
• or continued access may create risk or liability.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida unless otherwise required by law.
Users waive participation in class-action lawsuits to the extent permitted by law.
21. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Qi Platform may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
